I bought an inferno heater for my 2014 900 crew. It did not come with instructions, and They don't tell you that you have to buy all the hole saws to install the vents and hoses and side vent. There are 3 different sizes. Other brands they come with their kits. The vent for the windshield on the driver's side needs to be moved over 1/4 to 1/2in because it will hit the shifter linkage. The wire terminals where they said too ran the fan wire to only has a positive post. The black wire post you have to make your own ground to that post. The yellow tee handle that you run the heater hose to, the hose will be hitting the exhaust pipe, you need to rotate the valve, so the hose misses the exhaust. Now the yellow handle will rub the 1in water line. The side vents do not come with instructions to tell you what size hole saw yon need. When you install the duct tubing they give you Y fittings. It should be a tee fittings to make connecting the windshield vent easier and continue the ran to side vents. The worst part is trying to get someone to answer the phone. And they don't reply to emails.

Just another experience. I ordered an Inferno heater kit for mine about a couple months ago. I did ask for a copy of the instructions before placing order. The instructions were good in my opinion. Installation went well. I did have an issue and was able to get a very good response. I emailed back telling them I was satisfied. Actually got a call from them. Not sure who you are talking to.
