Riding over the weekend 06 XP less than 30 hrs and i noticed coolant leaking. Took the floor access panel out and found that one of the radiator lines was run right under the driveshaft and the U-joint was constantly rubbing on it and wore a hole through the hose. As a temp fix i just used a piece of rubber and 2 hose clamps tightened down on top of the leak and refilled the radiator. Worked well enough so i could get my work done Sat and Sunday, but was real easy on it. This will be warranty work but this is the second issue i have had on the new ranger and its a haul to my dealers. This seems like a dumb setup on that hose from the get go has anyone else had this problem or was some tech sleeping when this one was assembled and the hose routed wrong? Just curious. Thanks!

I think the hose was routed wrong in this case. The best I can remember, they should be to the side of the driveshaft.
