Thankfully no one was injured! I do agree with insurance, but rangers can be replaced.

The sentence reads "My friends 2014 900 crew burned down no insurance financed all add ons", so the unit itself may be paid for and all add ons are financed, perhaps credit card? Sad outcome and a reminder to make a phone call tomorrow with some questions.

Wow that is a big hit. Most lenders have an out side vendor track their loans for ins. If he didn't provide them proof they may have force placed their own lender collateral protection policy and charged the loan the policy cost. I would defiantly have your freind check with the lender and see if they did that. Most lenders will do that after 90 days of no proof of ins.

After I bought my Ranger, I called my insurance to see what it would cost. Because I have other motorcycles on the policy, it was only like 275.00 to add the Ranger to my policy.

He financed all accessories and the ranger. Lift tires wheels bumpers winch you know all the stuff you gotta have.

Does he know the source of the fire where it started? Sorry he didn't have insurance to protect his investment

He just said it started missing he got off and around the engine was on fire. He was hog hunting it was about 1am when it happened.
