Crooked steering wheel.

I have a 2021 Ranger 1000 XP. I recently re- installed the tracks. I kept the steering wheel straight while adjusting the toe and attack of angle, measurements are good and as the camso manual specified. Test drove, the steering wheel has some slack and about a half turn to the right while driving straight forward. I rolled back into the garage and double checked the measurements, and everything was still on. The test drive was fine with no binding or unusual noises other the half turn slack in the steering wheel. What did I do wrong? I did realize that it's better to go by the measurements in the manual then relying on the levels installed on the track frame, if I went by the levels it led to a ridicules angle of attack.

I use plastic garbage bags doubled up to reduce friction, very slippery.
