Let it sit for a couple months, batter dead and carb dirty. Made the mistake of hooking to my truck battery to jump off and overdid it burned up the starter...
Since I frequently have to spray carb cleaner in etc to get running decided to replace starter and carburetor at the same time.

Now, I can't get the darn thing to crank! I can spray starter fluid in the intake and it cranks fine, but never runs passed that. I installed a clear fuel filter and can see that barely any fuel is getting into the filter and thus, the carb. So, I installed a new fuel pump. Same thing. I have tried holding my hand over the intake to build vacuum and filter still barely fills.

Any ideas? Do I have a leak somewhere letting air in?
