Well I finally got time to finish my door build.

Outstanding job. I will be interested in the weight when completed.

SDEF the weight of the door is 29 lbs. Not too heavy at all. Very happy with the outcome the widows do rattle a tiny bit but otherwise, the doors are very solid and close tight.
