I am seriously considering trading my ranger for a general. Do the generals pull dust in the cab like the Rangers do?

I would think if your riding outdoors on road's and trails without a sealed cab. It's gonna pull in dust....

Thanks for the reply. I am not expecting zero dust. It is the swirling inside that pesters me.

Are you running a windshield and no rear window?

I have tried different setups on my rangers ( half windshield and full windshield both with and without back windows, I also have a sliding back window I tried). I live in the country in Kansas and cruise the roads a lot. Just asking if the swirling is as bad in the general.

Which setup do you feel worked best?

Half windshield and no back worked best for me. My riding is 95% country roads with an average speed of 30 mph.

I have a full front and full rear ran just the rear in the summer dust didn't seem bad with the doors compared to ranger having open floor.

Best way for no dust is full cab or no front windshield. I have front and rear windshields and still get dust pretty good. Summer I take it off and don't have an issue.

i would say its less but not by much dust i wish i could find a way to keep it out of the house i expect it in general or ranger but i would say doors are cool and do make for a little less dust T&S IMG_3509.jpg

Just stuff one betwee the bottom of the seat back and the back of the seat base - blocks the heat and some dust from coming into the cab.
