While I have the 800, I bought the rear dust stopper from Extreme Metal Products. It was only $50 w/free shipping off ebay. Made in the USA, heavy duty, and after seeing mine my buddy had me order him another for his 570. FWIW, I started with their fold down - full windshield, and after being impressed with it, then bought the dust blocker and folding side mirrors. All were well made, easy to install, from a great outfit to deal with, IMO.

You have to have a rear glass or canvas dust stopper. With a full windsheild the wind blows up and over and gets sucked back into the cab from the rear. I also have the EMP rear canvas dust stopper and it is a great solution, especially for the price. If you will be running a full windsheild all the time you may want to consider investing in something more permanent.

Simply installing a full, front windshield will not stop the dust from entering the cab and can in many cases, make it worse. By adding a front windshield you create a vacuum due to the negative pressure change in the cab, which sucks in dust and debris. In order to stop this from occurring you would have to also install a rear windshield.

I got the full windshield, roof, full rear windshield. It's still Dusty not as much. I picked up the half windshield and will try that this weekend.

I have a 900xp. The closest to dust free is no windshield, with the rear window in place, with all the holes behind the seats taped up. Dragonfire 1/2 doors helped, too.:excitement::encouragement:

Half windshield, roof, no rear windshield . I don't have a problem with dust unless I'm following someone.

Half windshield, roof, and rear panel = no dust
Full windshield, roof, and rear panel = DUST
My experience:

Half windshield, roof, and NO rear panel = some dust, esp below waist

Full windshield, roof, and NO rear panel = I'd rather walk. Only do this if it's raining out or the ground is wet.

I don't use a rear panel cuz my dogs are in back and they'd get suffocated with dust. So, I compromise with the 1/2 windshield only.

I have the crew with the roof, full windshield, rear dust blocker and front and rear doors and the dust was worst that without the doors. Turns out much of the dust was coming in under the rear seat. I've sealed that area off with swamp cooler filters and the dust is mostly controlled...approximately 80% reduction. Dust still comes in around the bottom of the doors, but it has been extremely dusty here in Colorado. Note: I clean my filter after every time out as it is a dust magnet.

@Mtjag - The dust in Nevada is much finer than that shown in the lower part of your picture. I envy you.:excitement::encouragement:

I was thinking of putting one on the roof and the front like sprint cars have. But then I realized I couldn't get it in the garage...
THAT was one of its biggest downfalls. There IS a company that markets them and i cannot think of the name. (guess ill have to do some googling..) it claimed to work great, but the size, AND the PRICE was the biggest problem.. i think they wanted like 150 or something?! i mean really!??!?!

The company is Aegis - here is a YouTube of their product.

The YouTube is safe to watch but be careful if you do a Google search to find their web site. I did, and spent an hour and a half restoring my PC - they have been hijacked by a ransom-ware site. If you want to get in touch with them, I recommend you go through their Facebook or Twitter page.
