Those look like the plugs for the backup beeper. They go hot when you go into reverse. Several people use them to trigger backup lights.
Yes they are for a reverse beeper. They can also.be used for a reverse light
so they shouldn't be plugged into anything until i buy the accessories?
That is correct. I should have said "optional beeper". Sorry for not being clear. They actually have heat shrink over the plugs, so they are exactly as they are supposed to be.

thanks sooo much for your help! its my first one so just making sure i understood you correctly, thanks again
I checked those wires yesterday and they are hot with the key on in any gear I thought the same thing ,but I also think I heard somewhere the the reverse alarm wires were on top of the transmission??????/
Ya, I have read mixed information on the forum about them being hot or not, but my have about 10 volts on them when the key is on but then they go to about 13 volts when in reverse. Being that there is that much voltage there even when not in reverse, is why several people have used a relay to control the lights. Otherwise, depending on the lights that you use, they may have a slight glow to them at all times. Here is a thread about using the relay...

The 12v wire is hot when Key is on, the ground connects when you shift to reverse. With some LED's, there's enough ground to keep them on all the time for some reason. I used a relay and works great.
