Thanks Neal. I feel your pain on the attorney expenses. I'm defending myself now trying to keep my old tenant (and a man I once considered a friend) from sucking 'another' $32K from me. Just what I need as I plan for Tay's college education.

John (one of my lawyer friends and a guy I've known for nearly 30 years) is trying to get them to 'settle.' Great.....just flipping GREAT! :twisted:
