Now that there are several manufacturers out there making esxaust for the XP's I was considering getting one. I have read on here about what works best for an 800 but I amcompletely stock as of now. I do plan on the mudbuster cam and some sort of intake but nothing too radical. Any suggestions? What have you used? Does it sound goo? Obnoxiously loud? fitment issues?

Bikeman Performance is coming out with an exhaust specially designed to work with a ranger 800.

Yea and I realy dont see myself ever putting an 800 kit in my Ranger. Since the Bikeman is designed to work well with the 800, is something better on a 700 that will be getting cams and some kind of fuel management.

I would be hard pressed to see any gain too the wheels.from exhaust on a centrifical clutch system.I would like too see some dyno sheets on all these exhaust systems.

We just added a DMC Afterburner Quiet4 exhaust to our 500 4x4. Haven't done many tests on it yet, but it sure sounds good!

I tried the DMC alien on mine but the vibration the 700 makes gutted the canister.All the rivets fell out and god only knows what happened with the Guts there gone bye bye.Thats why i went with the stainless welded Wilye pipe.[]

All I know is that the guys I ride with have the FMF and I am running a stock exhaust, otherwise we have the same mods and we seem to be pretty equal.
