yah the 90's will work. i had issues too. i actually used a die-grinder and took some material off the metal tab above. You'll prolly have to remove arms AGAIN to get the 90's in there. The other option is to get a grease tip that slides on from the side...uhm, its hard to explain. Ill get a picture of it..
heres a perfect example. Your local auto parts should have them. OR tractor supply store or something similar. Not uncommon in the "mechanic" world. lol
I installed Delrin bushings when I installed the new forward A-Arms and the front and rear lift kit. Sprayed a little lithium grease on them, inserted them, sprayed more lithium grease in the interior and installed the metal bolt carriers. No more Zerks....no more lubing. Now smooth as silk and positive control.
Notice the new Delrin bushings installed in the new forward A-Arms sans Zerks:
