Just wondering if there is a lot of you that have had to change your carers out due to them breaking. No signs of trouble with mine so far but wondering if I should be thinking about changing mine just getting ready for a fun season ahead, thanks for any input.

My front diff was acting completely normal, never gave me problems. Split diff to change pinion bearing and low and behold the carrier was broke

Thanks for the info littlebigrancher
I might change it over when it's time to do my next front different fluid change depending on how it is working. My brother in law has a 4 hundred and changed his at low mileage but he had a situation where he broke 2 front axles and beat out his rear 2 pretty bad trying to get a friend out that was stuck really bad. It got abused pretty bad that day!!

It could prolong the life of the other components if you changed it. Neither of the oem ones are very durable ( yes they do work, but could be made better).
I would look and see if Niche, makes one for your unit.

Front Sprague
Polaris part# 3235261, (Parts Discounter) Niche, does show one for your unit.

I will look into the niche ones when I change it over might as well do it right when I do it. I'm planning on changing it over in the fall I Wil be due to change all fluids at that time. I'm running 26 inch big horns so it's not an immediate issue I have to change over. Thanks for the info guys !!
