I have a 2013 ranger 400 have had great luck no complaints but went to put gas in this morning and the gas cap came off and all the guts (foam float, two metal shafts) are left somewhere in tank. I Guess I will wait till its close to empty and see if I can look down with a light and magnet to fish out the metal and hope I can spear the foam. I don't see any other access

Thanks JJaxon I have one and that is my weapon of choice once i get tank down to a level where I can see in with a light. Must be china made to fall off

That design in antiquated and they end with the same fail,We had an old 72 colt that would break all the time.
