Not sure but I haven't really trusted Polaris digital fuel gauges for a while. I've been on a number of Sportsmans and my own ranger and I don't find the bar level identified on the instrument cluster matches up very well with what's actually in the tank.

A typical example is when I'm nearly empty it's not uncommon for the fuel gauge to show half tank or more. Kinda scary. But I always bring extra fuel even for a short trip.

I hope you find a solution to your issue!

Well pulled the fuel pump using the Polaris fuel pump tool "aka big ass pipe wrench" pretty sure the float arm became detached "either that or it fell off while removing it." Put it back on using same special tool. Guess I'll find out if it works.

I've owned 4 Sportsmans and now a Ranger The one thing I can tell you Is to never trust their gauges After time you get a feel for how much fuel is still left It's a shame with the amount of money that we spend You would think they would put more attention into the fuel gauges considering what we use them for

I wish popo would make the fuel tank the wat that have but give us a long "clear" bar to visually see the level as a back up. Just hit it with a flashlight and boom done.
