Getting a friends new Ranger ready for the trip West to Moab and thought I'd post a couple of the items we've made and installed. After the UTV Rally in Moab, it will go to Bondurant, WY for the summer, so lots of work left to get it ready.
This is a radio console I built and installed yesterday. Radio is a brand that Walmart sells, 6 inch speakers also from there. It has a small plug and tape player that can be used to hook up the XM Radio and has a decent sound for an inexpensive unit.

Battery box we build and installed with a group 7 battery, 550 cca, hooked in parallel with the stock battery, also the 4k Warn winch installed...

Found thes ole jere cans at Home Depot, made of metal, gotta last longer that plastic and take more abuse on the trails, made a strap and laser cut some metal brakets for the hold downs. If anyone needs metal brakets, flat, 6 inches long, inch and a half holes, all laser cut 1/8th thick, as in the photo, e-mail me for info.

Made a windshield that slides up for ventilation, made from Margard.
The soft Cab, brush guards, bumper extensions and other pieces are expected tomorrow.
