I noticed a rattle after my gilomen tune probly because the machine is running at higher rpms, I think it's in the gas pedal, will somebody please go and tap there gas pedal with there finger and see if it rattles because mine does, even if I have it pushed in. I have a 2018 1000xp, I would greatly appreciate for some ppl to try and give me some answers, thanks fellas!

Next time you hear it, put side pressure on the break pedal with the side of your foot. I've heard the break pedal rattling at certain rpms.

Does it only do it a certain rpms and go away above or below that? Are you sure the noise is coming from down by your feet? Is it more of a buzzing type rattle?

Pull the spark arrestor from the tailpipe and see if the noise quits. Testing purposes only.

I hear a rattle in ours also and a squeak, unfortunately I can't get to our Ranger for a couple of weeks.

Figured out the noise must have been coming from the prop shaft some where, I found the grease zerk next to the u joint on the prop shaft and finally greased it after 4,000 miles! No more rattle or whatever the noise was. Nothing to do with the gilomen tune at all, much more enjoyable to drive now

I have my stock ECU from my 2018 Northstar Ranger available if anyone is interested. Sold my NS with the Gilomen ECU. If you're thinking of getting his tune, you can purchase mine and send it in to him to have it reflashed. This way you can keep your stock ECU.
