I currently have a set of the polaris canvas doors for cold weather. Are there any half doors out there that use the same hinges and hardware that my stock polaris canvas doors use now? thanks

I just picked up a set of half doors from a deluxe model at my dealer yesterday. They use the sale bottom hinge. But a different top hinge. But they won't interference with the full canvas doors.

Did you have any troubles putting them on? Mine are acting like the door is to long for the opening between the cab... Part of the steel that wraps around the latch also rubs on my camo door jamb running it off. Been trying everything for adjustment, even had to cut the black plastic shorter on the striker latch so the allen head would fit the latch right. I had dragonfire doors on my maverick and even though they were more of a job to put on, they fit a lot nicer. Just frustrated with it, because I'm sure as soon as I ride it, stuff will need to be adjusted again...

I have the pro armour half doors and they are quite nice. Good fit and finish and excellent slam latch. Took about 45 mins to install and align. Very happy with them
Did they help with the dust at all? Have been looking at them but wasn't sure about the gap around the door.

I dont think anyone makes a half door with a seal. My best dust improvement came with putting the full seal kit in. There was a lot of dust coming in from behind. But I still need to pop the windsheild open to the first notch on very dusty roads.
As far as fit goes I bought a set of polaris metal half doors off of another machine that the dealer sold and the new owner didn't want them so I got a deal. I saw them installed on that machine and they fit fine. On my machine they rubbed at the front. I ended up cutting the hinges off and repositioning them (I was having them repainted anyway) Now they fit much better. I think there is a lot of variability in these machines.
