It is getting fuel and fire. Can this engine jump time? That's the only solution I can come up with. Is there any other reason why this engine won't start?

You also might try checking the fuel pressure. Not sure what it should be might be in owner's manual. On older engines (800 twins - mine) it's 39 psi minimum and on those engines if it's 25 psi or less they won't start either. A dealer could tell you what the fuel pressure should be right off.
