Although the 900XP is designed to tow anything, I was a little concerned about having something solid in the rear to hook up to in case I get stuck or need to help someone else out of a bind. Have the winch in the front but nothing in the back. So I did a little research and decided on the Thunderhawk Performance hitch receiver. There are others out there but the Thunderhawk doesn't relay on just the radius rod bolts--it has 6 other points where it mounts to the frame as well as the radius bolts. Ran into a little problem because of the Trail Armor skids. There is a spacer plate that gets in the way of mounting the hitch. I took out the spacer, traced the outline of the hitch on it, then routed it down 3/16" to fit the outline of the hitch. Worked like a charm!
