I know this has been beat to death but I cannot find the post that talked about what type of material to make the flares out of. I am thinking of buying the sheet of plastic material cut to fit, heat it up to get the correct bend and screw it to my Thunderhawk Front blockers.

You can use ABS which is cheaper, but it's also a little on the brittle side. HDPE (1/8" thick) is my choice.

Where is the best place to purchase the HDPE? or where do you buy it from?

Because having it shipped would be expensive, you'll want to try to find it locally. Check yellow pages (or Google search) to see if you have a plastic supplier in your area.
