This has been an ongoing project over the winter. The tiedowns can be pushed out of the way when loading my Ranger in the trailer. The loop is 7/16" dia' steel. Parts are cadmium plated.

No I'm busy enough as it is. If you guys have a friend w/ a machine shop you should be able to make them. The "block" has a "pocket" that the loop fits into.

-fabricate & weld mounting plate (to suit trailer) to block

-drill 2 clearance holes thru block & plate to suit tiedown loop center to center distance.

-locate & drill 2 holes in panel tiedown will be mounted to

-slot panel between 2 holes

-mill pocket in block leaving 1/4" of steel between bottom of pocket & outside of block

-install loop in pocket & weld "stop plate" to the loop

-locate mounting holes in trailer & drill

-mount tiedowns to trailer

I can make a sketch of the block & loop to post if you want
