I wonder how many midsizes have been sold verses factory maintenance issues.

It would be nice to see how many warranty claims are reported for each rig and what the issues were....I doubt they'd ever publish such a thing though ....but it would be nice....

most serious problem ive found is the chain tensioner on the rearend/ trans is made out of nylon an its prone to breaking it in reverse under heavy throttle I got a 14 midsize 800

when it broke on mine messing up he dogs in the trans aswell took two dealer trips to correct it an a few four letter words but its good now an im just easy in rewind

Haven't had the first problem from mine other then self inflicted carnage. We all run polaris rangers and razrs here and I've never seen any polaris issues, just issues we cause

This would be some good info but, modifications, driver error, trying to get something for nothing and people just doing stupid stuff would taint a statistical account. Maybe warranties paid would be better but still to many dishonest people out their swapping the mod's to stock before a claim. Mutable claims on a single item might be the best numbers to look at if you could ever get them. If you stay on here long enough you'll learn the shortcomings of just about all models.
