I would see no reason why you couldn't as long as it was hooked up properly. I'd try to lift from the four corners of the cage and you could always run something from the rear hitch to.

Can the Ranger be lifted up by the roll bar?

I would think so as long as you lifted it at all 4 corners.

Yep I do it. I use four slings, one each, wrapped around each corner and join all four at the top to put a hook through the eyes and lift it with a fork lift. Never had a problem.

Yeah, I did it last weekend while doing some cage mod's.....it's fine. However, I am a little suprised at how thin the tubing is. I was doing a bunch of cutting and welding to modify the rear cage (most of which was made from a front cage) and was quite shocked at how thin it was. With the mod's that I did, I feel ALOT better about it now. I'm still not quite finished with it yet, but will post some pic's when I get it complete. Didn't get to finish it last weekend because I came down with strep' and missed 3 days of work.....have been playing catch-up at work the last 2 days. I may have time to finish it this weekend and will show off my handy work when it's complete.
