I think I saw pictures of that thing in another thread at one of the mudraces in the south. He had to have a wheel chock under the rear tires to keep it from rolling away [V] 30k in a ride and it it doesnt have park. no thanks. pretty cool toy though. If I were to spend that kind of money on a toy for the mud i'd invest in a unimog []

I'm not sure what was wrong with it then? It does have a parking brake from what I talked to the seller. I just bought it and he assured me the stock parking brake setup was retained. The only mod that makes a big difference is the fuel cell is only 4gal now to make room for the larger 30" tires and center IFS being moved forward.

Yup, for sure! Can't wait to see what it does in the skeg up here! I'm already thinking the 4000lb winch won't cut it as it barely does on the old mans 6x6 that I've been using over the last two years. This ended up being a 3am can't sleep find on ebay. Kinda funny how that always works out! I was planning on buying one soon anyhow, just didn't expect to buy one 2300 miles away and this decked out! Couldn't pass up the deal for what was done to it already! I'm already wondering if the Mattracks system would work on this machine now since it fits 30" tires?

The parking brake works fine.... Tried it out in the driveway last night and when I trailered it home 15miles the other day... The seller musta still had it disconnected when he had it out when you saw or heard it being that case. He did have to rush to get it built to show it off at the shows for his company so he might not have had time to finish the fine details that I'm finishing up for him. Put it this way, the new 2007 parking brake setup is worlds ahead of the 2002 design on my old mans 6x6, leap years! Haha... It's deceiving cause the pedal is so light to engage it, and it has so much torque that you can easily drive around forgetting it was engage (oops!) []

that was the one at mud nats i believe the throttle stuck and ran into a truck or camper.

Yup, messed up the front left side, mostly cosmetic damage to the black paint on the hood, nothing worse than bumping a tree.... He had to replace the front a-arm too I think he said, that was it...
