If your talking the arms themselves, I would guess the A-arms are something like 1" OD an 7/8" ID...not sure what the bushing pockets run if that is what you are referring to but they are a bit larger

Cheers
Yeah that'll work. Thanks. Not too concerned about the OD and all that just yet, just more curious at the moment. I hate being at work when the schemes start running round in my head!

What you trying to brew up lucky?
Thanks for the pics bud. Was lookin to see if there was enough frame to possibly add an upper a-arm. Looks like it'll take some engineering to beef it up a lil bit more. I really want a bigger lift, and I'm not selling mine to buy a full size. So this is the other option.

Prolly wont get ya anywhere, but ya may try contacting Outkast..thats what they did for the 6" lift for the midsize they made..never put it into production though. think they made like 2 kits? that was it.
Yeah I saw theirs. Didn't really like the dual a arm/strut setup. Gonna have to see if I can rig up a rzr knuckle or something and a shock. Completely do away with the strut.

I looked into it also. I ride with a guy that has the Outkast 6" lift on his midsize. It is well built and does really good on our trail system. It has 34" terminators on it.

done a lot of thinking about it my best idea so far is to get fullsize ranger a arms an knuckles an make mounts but then more I think about it that's a lot of work when I could just buy a full size .

Yea, but the brainstorming is what keeps the whole world spinning!!!!!

My wife cringes when I get that faraway look in my eyes, but my ole puppy dog gets just as excited as I do......."Alright! My human is about to do something entertaining, and I'm gonna be right in the middle of it!!!"
