Tom Lutes, President- has more than 20 year of industry experience and has spent the last 13 years growing the Kolpin brand from one synonymous with hunting accessories to an innovator of Powersports accessories for landowners, hunters, and trail riders. He will continue to lead the Kolpin team and focus his time on expanding the brand into new markets. Prior to joining Kolpin, Lutes spent 20 years in the outdoor products industries with Yazoo/Kees, Pug Power, Toro, LawnBoy, and Gilson Brothers. He can be reached at [email protected]
Kevin Thompson, Chief Operation Officer- has more than 10 years of industry experience and exceptional knowledge of both Powersports products and industry operations. In this role Thompson will be responsible for the day to day operations of the business to ensure profitable growth. Prior to joining the Kolpinteam, Thompson spent 5 years at Maytag in finance and 10 years at Polaris in a variety of finance, sales, and procurement leadership positions. He holds a B.A in Finance from Central College as well as his M.B.A from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He can be reached at [email protected]
Ryan Andreae, Director of Product Planning- has more than 15 years of industry experience and deep knowledge of both Powersports products engineering and design. In this role Andreae will be responsible for driving product innovation and design. Prior to joining the Kolpinteam, Andreae was in a variety of engineering positions at Polaris including roles in the watercraft division and industrial design. Grant Klatt, Senior Vice President of Sales- brings with him 13 years of sales experience and in-depth knowledge of product management and retail sales. In this role Klatt will assume account responsibility for all Powersport Distributors. Prior to joining the Kolpinteam, Klatt was in a variety of sales positions at Polaris, EcoWater Systems, BI World Wide, and Wagner. Tyler Pientok, Vice President of Sales- has more than 12 years of sales experience and extensive knowledge of both Powersports products and the unique needs of multi-channel sales. In this role Pientok will have account responsibility for retail and e-commerce for both Kolpin, sister brand Cycle Country and Premier OEM. Prior to joining the Kolpinteam, Pientok was in a variety of sales positions at Hi-Tec Sports, Lacrosse Footwear, and 5 Alarm Fire and Safety Equipment. Kristin Secora, Director of Marketing- brings with her 8 years of consumer packaged goods marketing experience. In this role she will be responsible for all marketing activities for both Kolpin and sister brand Cycle Country. Prior to joining the Kolpinteam, Secora was in various brand and event marketing positions as well as shopper marketing at General Mills. She holds a B.A in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and is finishing her M.B.A at the University Of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business.
