I sold my RZR 800S and want a 4 seat model. Lots of 800's for sale and a few 900's. Which is the best? I was happy with the power of my 800 RZR. Also how much more should I expect to pay for a 900 over an 800?
Way better engine. Only major issue with the 900 is the reverse chain. Always go easy in reverse, don't pull anybody out of a stuck situation in reverse and don't hit the throttle hard in reverse. The chain has a tendency to break if treated harshly.
I'm also looking currently. I found a '14 800 rzr 4 with eps, windshield, top, and rear wind screen for $10,900obo 600 miles, or a '12 900 rzr 4 with 3400 miles for $13,500.. Decision is getting easier
Has anyone tried a teryx4 eps? I'm looking into a used '14 rzr 4 800 eps but found a dealer selling a new hold over '14 teryx4 eps for basically the same money. I had a 750 teryx in '10 and found it very hot and loud, and I did have trouble with the diff lock.

I traded my '08 800 for a new 4 seat 800 LE recently. It's an amazing machine. Wider, taller, longer, better ride, and a more capable rock crawler. I'd have to say even if I didn't need the extra seats, I'd pick this one over the shorter 2 seat for crawling, having had both.
