Ive been searching for a thread on what and where to buy a rubber mat or other cargo box mat and the search keeps coming up as too short or too many, cant locate the thread. Seems like i saw a post a long time ago about tractor supply or someone having nice mats. Anyone recall?

I got mine from tractor supply. They sell it by the foot. Pretty cheap too.
Ditto! Sold it by the foot off 4' wide rolls. A lot of guys use there Horse Mats but I found them to too heavy and thick. If I remember right, the rolled stuff came in 3/8" and 1/2". I used the thinner stuff and it's held up well for ~3 years now.

to Rdfish1, sorry couldn't open you private message, my computer blocked me. My store has two sizes and the smaller is only 5/8" thick 36"x48" which this is the ones I used for floor mats, bed mat, and rear splash guards. I looked on line for this mat at TS, but it only brought up the larger one, maybe my store has these and they are discounted or something, but they are the same material as the larger one, but not as thick. They still have plenty, this makes me think they are still selling them.

Nope - not while driving or trailering at 70 mph! However, it will slide out when you dump the bed with the tailgate down!

My store sells the mat by the foot, either quarter inch or 3/8. 8$ per foot by 48 inches. Getting one today

I picked one up today. They had 3 sizes, 1/4, 3/8 both 48 wide and sold by the foot. They also had a pre-cut version that was 24.99 and it was 36x48x 1/2 inch thick. This was the same price as the 3/8 roll that sells by the foot so rather than get one with 2 ragged edge from the guy using his utility knife, i got the pre cut one for 25$. It is a little thicker at 1/2 and therefore heavier, but i don't think it matters. It sure wont be going anywhere, it weighs 20-25 lbs i would guess. I dont recall the measurements of my bed, couldn't read my own writing but it is either 36x51 or 31x51. Hopefully its 36 bc it will then fit perfect. Will find out this weekend

Just weighed my mat...35 lbs, wow. It is thick and heavy duty, perhaps too much.
