This is great! Thanks for making it easy for me, Neal :wink: . I should be able to copy and paste this list right to Bryce. I must admit that I'm just a 'touch' nervous about him/Polaris following through with donating all of these parts/accessories. My hunch is that Bryce will have had NO IDEA the extent to which Neal/we plan to modifiy this Ranger. It 'should' be music to their ears, but - as I say - my hunch is that he figured we were going to throw a few lights and a winch on this thing and call it a day. If so, he/Polaris is in for quite a surprise.

Yep...we're on the same sheet of music here, Neal. I will inform him the extent to which we intend to highlight on the forum all of these parts and accessories. I'm not anticipating problems, but I wouldn't be surprised if Bryce says something to the effect of, "Holy Crap!"

I assuming Bryce will want to ship all of this stuff to a dealer. If so, should I specify 'The Toy Store?' You might prefer shipping to a local business or your home, but I'd like to see us make this as least cumbersome as possible for them.

Yea, if it is vital send goodies to the toystore but please don't offer it and make him ask for it. My brother-in-laws plumbing buisiness is just three miles and would make life much easier on me (and reduce lag). They have 2-3 semi loads of materials per day on the average.

Sounds good, Neal. I'll try to arrange shipping to your brother's shop. I'm gonna craft a carefully worded email to Bryce today and I'll let you guys know his reply.

The ball's in Bryce's court right now. Last I heard he thought they could provide everything on the list, but he needed to first hear back from the guys in Pure Polaris parts. If I don't hear an update by midweek, I'll lob an email to him. I don't want to press too hard on him cuz it seems like they run that young man pretty steady.

Neal, I don't think a banner on every shot is necessary, but if you do one I think a PRC banner would be more appropriate. Maybe I could have one made with a PRC logo on one end and a Polaris logo on the other end and
"Project Build 2012" in the middle.

I gotta think that Bryce can get us a suitable banner, but I like Gary's idea of a custom banner featuring PRC along with Polaris. Just let me know...I'll go along with whatever you guys want to do.

Would you tell Bryce that I want to make a banner with Polaris and PRC on the same banner for our build and to fly at rallys. First we need permission to use their logo and secondly I would need a hi rez image of their logo for our printer.

No problem if don't want to be part of the banner. I wouldn't think we would want to over use the banner anyway as it would draw attention away from the machine. Maybe a regular banner in a few photos and a small 18" stand up logo in the corner of regular photo scenes to identify it as a PRC build.
