Without going into a lot of detail, I'm currently involved in a commercial real estate transaction and as a result my 'estimated time of departure' might be held up a bit tomorrow. So, if I don't show up at the hotel until late afternoon/early evening please don't think that I crashed my bike or something. I SHALL ARRIVE ALIVE!
