I first put it on with the bolts sticking through the roof. I didn't like the look so I filed the holes square and used carrage bolts. I'll probably cut the excess off on the inside to make it look better. I had the top bent at a 60 degree angle with a 6" overhang in the front and 2" in the back.
It works great. I put 1/2" foam insulation tape on the top of the roll bar before installing roof, it's solid enough I don't think it would rattle without it but it's there anyway.
