Can no one figure this ECM on these xp900 to build a big bore and head work. These motors could realy use more hp. I know mine weights a ton with tools and extras but come on.

Perhaps a better choice would be the razor not the ranger. I don't know all the models but I think there is a 1000 in the razor.

My ranger was the first one my dealership got in October in 2012. I love the ranger itself. Drove lots of xp900 rzr. There's alot of power to be had in our Rangers.

Just spend some time clutching. You can have all the power but if you're not using it there's no point in having it.
If you want that power put your machine in a dyno. And clutch to where your power is. I've raced snowmobiles on the grass and ice for years. If your not in your powerband your wasting time and money

They put a rev limiter there for a reason.

I've spent many hours on a dyno and you can rev the hell out of a motor
Example. My pro stock 800 it would rev to 10,000. But the power was at 8,350

Love to have a 1000 engine swap and not tell my friends. Maybe some salvage engines will start showing up. The power is adequate for the ranger but more is bragging rights.

I would love to figure out how to put the twin throttle bodies on the ranger. That would help. Rzr map and hit the go baby go button
