How are you guys with truck tool boxes mounting them to your Ranger beds. Specifically, on the 900xp or 570 FS?

You just drilling tour big holes and installing those anchors? Should this be the part number 2877877? Pic would be great!

the locknride utv plugs for the bed. I used two and foam pads, but 4 would be better. lowes box was 169 but you can find it for 99 sometimes. no drilling for two of the holes. lowes midsize already has the holes. If you use 4 plugs you will have to drill a small hole for the locknride. . 2015 ranger 570 f/s.

I think Id rather have two side boxes. easier to get to the small stuff in the box. but the bed is short.

There is a company that makes short side boxes for the ranger. Bright aluminum tread plate.

Also remember the bottom of the bed slopes from front to back, for drainage.
So the boxes that you use, you will more than likely have to make some support brackets to hold the end of the tool box ( closer to the tailgate) up, so the weight is not pulling down on the side of the bed.
