While heading up the Maine Turnpike this morning heading to Vassalboro...I checked my rearview to see a Polaris Slingshot gaining on me..my girl friend grabbed my camera and snapped theses...the first one I've ever seen on the road. I was driving 70 and he buzzed right on by.

Wow .... I've heard of the Slingshot , but these are the first pictures I've ever seen of one. Pretty cool concept. I'll have to go to Polaris' website and learn more.

!73 H.P. and 166 FT/lbs. torque, coupled to a 5 speed transmission , can you say FUN.... I should see if my local Polaris dealer has one for test driving LOL.

can't imagine getting in an collision related accident in one.. can you say dead meat?

Check them out on You Tube there are some cool vids of guys tearing them up...

i seen one of these about 2 weeks ago in person... im still not really into them, but they do look neat! Glad to see someone making more road toys! i cant wait till they come out with a road legal buggy. (50 state legal)

if it would have a closed cab option otherwise I don't like it for that kind of money you should be able to ride in the rain without rain suit JM2CW T&S
