New to the forum. Well new to any forum since I've never been on one.

My 900 XP came with a vented battery and I'm needing info on a sealed battery that will fit in it the stock tray. The stock battery seems to be like a small car battery but there is no markings to state the series.

I just installed a Oddessey 1200 MJT Battery in my 2013 Ranger 900XP. Made plywood 1/4 spacer to raise it to hold down clamp height. Fit perfectly ☺ OEM battery much lighter 26 lbs vrs 38 lbs. I think this battery would be the same fit for your RZR. Those vented batteries make a mess of the hole they are in from sweating-venting. Corrosion every where. The 1200 MJT sealed battery will take care of that.

Thanks, I'll look into that battery. I'm not big on vented batteries for the reason you stated, and because mine will be under water a good bit for the deep water riding I do

I also dropped the 1200 right in, i used a 1/2" piece of rubber to take up the slack underneath, otherwise it fit perfect.
