I am wanting to go to a truck tire or maybe even a hard surface tire since I have mainly been riding around my neighborhood and riding a good bit on the streets picking up trash and such. I am trying to decide if I should go with the Super Swamper TSL 28x8.50x14 or a set of the Carlise All Trail atv tires in the 25x8x12 and 25x10.5x12 sizes. Can anyone tell me if they have one of the tires mentioned and let me know if a stock Ranger can run the 28x8.50x14 Super Swampers without a lift. Any and all help would be great as I am trying to keep from wearing out my 26" PXT tires and keep them for trail riding when and if I get to go again.

The first person that comes to mind when I have any tire and wheel questions is Matt at atvoutfitters.net one of our sponsors. Matt will treat ya right from start to finish, answer your questions, give ya a great deal and very fast shipping. I'd give him a call.

I got a set of the All Trial tires from Matt at ATV Outfitters. Matts supplier really messed up the order but Matt was totaly professional and made them get it right. My son rides the Ranger much more than I do and he was telling me the other day how impressed he was with the tires even in some serious mud. I can tell they are easier to steer and pretty soft so I like em a lot. Matt may have more feedback from other customers by now, but I'm happy with mine and I like the way they look on the ITP SS 106's. Street credibility !

FYI Any post with a subject of "Need Tire Help' is going to get more than one 'Call Matt' reply. Matt knows Rangers and tires.

Thanks for the advice, as you can tell by my low number of posts I haven't posted here much and I am still learning the site and all. I am a long time atv rider and racer so I know the atv forums pretty well but all this ranger stuff is still kind of new to me even though I have owned one for around 8 months now. I was really hoping to hear from someone whom runs the super swampers on there ranger and get some feed back from them. I would think they would last forever on hard surfaces like some street running and also be great for trail riding. I used to run super swampers on all my 4x4 trucks and loved them for the way they handled off road, but I was just curious how they did on something smaller like a ranger.....

I have since decided to just go with some ITP All Trail tires that will fit on my 12" wheels so I want have to go out and buy another set of wheels. I figured since I already have 2 sets of 12" wheels I might as well go with a 12" tire also. Thanks everyone for the replies I have ordered the ITP All Trails in 25".........
