With the approval of the wife, we upgraded to this 2019 BC crew. Already have a Gilomen tune and clutch kit ordered but putting some break in miles on it first. I loved the 900 but this should work better for us in the long run.

How is the tune? I'm leaning towards Gilomen, but I'm looking at local also.
This is the second unit we have had tuned by Terry. First our 2017 900 and now this. The unit runs fantastic. I can feather the throttle and creep when needed so drive ability is great! With the weather warming up, I’ll be putting more miles on it as trails will open. We cruise around with it all around town here.

I would look no further than Gilomen tune! Local or otherwise! JMHO tho. I wouldn’t give mine up for anything else?!

I ordered the G-Boost belt from Gilomen(should have done it when I ordered the tune). Anyways, going to install it and use the factory belt as a backup for when we are out in the remote mountain areas.

Next time try the Ultimax Belt.

I knew I should have asked you first @Toxic-21 Lol I did get with Terry before making the decision on it and I do trust him as well.

I got the belt installed today. So far it does seem to respond better and have more of a “direct” feel. It’s hard to explain. I have one break in cycle done and need to do the another tomorrow.

I installed the belt from Terry when I got my ECU tune and cutch parts. I have not had any issues at all and also keeping my almost new OE belt as a spare.

Thanks for the info. I’m not worried about it. I know it will perform well. I did the same and have my stocker as the spare for backcountry adventures.

Well, the Polaris roof is already failing at the typical mounting boss locations. Going to try and get refunded and get with @Marty for one of his metal roofs(if the wife approves).

I would drill out broken bosses, add aluminum spacers and put carriage through bolts from top down with sealant under bolt heads before I pay for another roof lol.
