Vision X and Jagged X have teamed up to make a Plug and Play HID headlight replacement set for the Polaris RZR.

JaggedX now has these in STOCK!

From the conception of the side-x-side market, OEM manufacturers have failed to meet the lighting demands of the off road market. Vision’s new Ranger Rzr HID headlamp kit features 6 times the light out put over the factory halogen bulbs with the same amperage draw. In addition, the compact ballast design mounts easily under the Rzr’s hood with a simple “Plug-n-Play” hook up. The HID burners are direct factory replacements of the OEM halogen bulbs and have a life span of 2000 hours which is 10 times longer than the factory halogen bulbs.

That's great, but $400 for a couple of headlights? Are they made of diamonds or something? At that price, they should last a lifetime, not just 2000 hrs....
I don't want to sound negative, and i'm sure it's a great product, but can't the Polaris light bar be had for much less? How much light output does it have? I would need some MAJOR convincing before I would shell out that much $$$$ for a couple of lights.....

We will have to set up a time for you to come by our shop at night. That will be all the convincing you will need.

If you have never had HIDs before it's hard to explain. The quality and quantity of light they put out is amazing. They are costly, but if you ride a lot a night, you will love them.

Aint that the truth.

I put HID's in my truck and will never have a vehicle with out them again.

I mounted Hella Rally HID's on my Ranger at three times that price so they seem quite resonable to me. They fire up the woods literally burn a hole through fog. I will never be without out them.

Eric,

How do the HID's for the Ranger compare to these. I have really wanted to get those replacements for the Ranger but didn't know how they would work.

There is no comparison to the stock units. At $400 they are very resonable. there are HID lights that go for up to $900 each. Now that is steep. Seriously if you do any night riding at all these lights are worth checking out. The aftermarket halogen lights such as the "polaris" light bar is better than stock but even four of these halogens don't compare to one pair of these hid lights.
