Well, I traded my old (one year old) Ranger trailer today for a car hauler big enough to carry both the Ranger and the RZR. Its all aluminum, including the decking. I added two center D-Rings to help with strapping the units down. It has electric brakes and two 3500# axles. The trailer empty weighs only 1200#. It should pull nice behind the motorhome.
how much did it cost?
my dad is looking into a 20 to 22 foot enclosed light weight trailer to haul the quads and utes and other random stuiff
our tow vehicle is far from optimal
05 Ford E-350 extended with the 5.4
good engine, but too small to move 14000 pounds

Sean,
I did a trade, so its hard to tell what I 'really' paid, but the listed price on this unit was $4895.00. Two weeks ago it was $4695.00, but 'apparently' the manufacturer raised their price due to the price of aluminum and fuel. It was hard to swallow the price of an all aluminum trailer when I could have bought a steel one for about $2500.00, but there are so many upsides to having an all aluminum unit (no rust, lighter to pull, lighter to move around, lighter ramps, etc.).
yea we have a 6x12 cheapo single axle no brakes steel tilt trailer, and our roads are coated with magnesium chloride to help harden them and it eats that trailer like i eat a steak
aluminum would be a big plus
Randy, the picture with both the RZR and the Ranger looks funny! It looks like mama Ranger is scolding the lil' RZR nose to nose like a mama dog and her puppy! Sorry, just made me giggle and I had to share! []
