Just thought I'd post some pics of the windshield I built from scratch resistant polycarbonate and my new Pro Lift Tree Armor bumper

Bill from Pro Lift did a nice job with this bumper. If anyone is considering buying one I would recomend this one.

Wow that looks great. I especially like the bumper. I like the looks of that Vette sitting in there to!

Looks real nice, have you tried trailering with your new windshield in place?

I have towed it several times on the freeway with no problems, but it is a polycarbonate. Much worse gas mileage when towing with the windshield on too.

Bill did a real nice job with the bumper. The Vette now has a new paint job on it and is for sale. Its actually a project vehicle of my Fathers, I frequently use his garage to work on my Ranger as mine is so small.

Look's good Curt. I do like the bumper. I have talked to people about the full windshield and where we ride there is to much of a back draft that covers the kid's in backseat in dirt.

Bill from Pro lift (one of our sponsors) made it. If I remember right it is around $250.00 + shipping, but I would email him to confirm that. I painted it, but when it warms up I will probably crinkle finish it.

Thanks Brian for jumping. I thought it was "vette" but wasn't sure[:D]
The taillights were a bit big for a Corvair. Wouldn't mind having either. Too bad the Edsel never caught on...

I'm sure Bill would be happy to fab one up for you. I really like its looks and how it protects the bed sides (I have a habit of brushing trees).
