Noticed there is a noise that I believe is coming from in the belt housing cover. Not sure whether any one has had problems with the pulley for the drive belt not coming back together fast enough when you let off the throttle. The noise shows up only in high range when I let off the throttle. I have a 14 570 midsize with about 2500 miles on it. I am not sure if it may actually just be the belt wearing out? How many miles are ppl getting out of belts? I do not abuse mine too much and I don't get into much mud but not sure how long they last.

Take the belt housing cover off and check. The 900 has about 9, 10mm bolts. Comes off pretty easy!

I'm getting about 5,000-7,000 miles out of my belts on my 800s. Sometimes when letting of the gas quick they'll make some noise as the clutch backshifts, but I can't say if that's what you're hearing on your 570, I have never owned one. Wouldn't hurt to pop the cover off and check for belt contact against the cover. having a couple marks on the cover where it's slapped it is fine, but if it's starting to wear a groove into it you might need to dig further.

I've seen a couple secondaries get loose because of loose bolts from the factory. wouldn't be the first polaris someone forgot to tighten a bolt on.
Just saw this happen on a co-worker's 2015 RZR 900. Barely more than an hour into the very first ride and it didn't want to shift. Pulled the clutch cover and found that the secondary clutch was about to fall off. Tightened up the bolt and we were back on the trail. This was a brand new machine with less than 2 hours on it when this happened.
