had a tore boot on polaris ranger crew 570 EFI, went to replace the boot, had to clean out the old grease. as my 17 year old was doing it (from watching a youtube video) he ended up bending the cage trying to get it out.
i have an event i have to work this weekend, don't need 4 wheel drive....can i just put the end of the axle in the spindle bolt it up and go?

Make sure you seal up the hole in the diff also, so dirt and stuff doesn't get in.

If it's on the front diff', it is a sealed socket and you won't have to worry about that. Not sure about the rear on the 570, but most rears on other machines are open and would need to be sealed as mentioned above.
