OK I get 25hrs for first.

But manual says 100hrs, dealers all say 50hrs. What do you think is needed?

It's so easy and cheap to do, I would change it when it's convenient for you after you hit the 50 hour mark.

It depends on your riding style. If you ride a lot, run it hard or are in dusty conditions, I would change it every 50 hours.

You should change ALL fluids at that interval, right? I beat on mine some, but don't think I'm that hard on the motor....ya think every 100 hours is OK?

In general, I agree with the 50hr. interval for motor oil. For the cases, I think it depends a lot on how you use your Ranger; especially if you often run through water. You may not need to change the fluids more often just because you often run through mud and water, but you sure should see if intrusion has occurred, IMO.
