I have seen post of people on here that have had the same thing happen to them. The top of my rear driver tire is leaning in ( / ). I don't see any stress in the paint on the frame or Outkast arms. Any ideas?????

Wheel bearing or bushing steels worn out. Jack it up and see whats sloppy.

Bushing steel as in the upper or lower arm?

No, the steel sleeve that is inside the nylon bushings installed in the a-arms. When you move them it will look like the holes in the frame tabs are worn out, it will in fact be the steels.
