Anyone have a complete parts list and pics of there setup and are you using 1 1/2 or 2in? I've been meaning to do the 570 almost a year now and just can't bring myself to drop 350 on the triangle kit. Mud fest is in a few weekends so it's time lol. Also what are you guys doing for the diffs, vent lines, etc? Thanks for any help!

Can't help on the snorkel parts but on the vent lines, most guys just extend them up the cage. Another option for the vent lines (NOT the gas tank vent!) is to use bellows--common on other makes of UTV/ATVs.

List I got somewhere else, haven't done mine yet to confirm, but should be a good start anyway.
10-45s
3-90s
1 - rubber 90
5 - rubber couplings
And a few feet of pipe

I might make a run today and pick it up to do mine this weekend.

I was always told that a picture was worth a thousands words so... Auto part Engine Vehicle Pipe Automotive engine part

1 2" 90 Fernco Long Elbow
1 SCH-40 2"-1.5" Reducer
2 2"-1.5" Fernco Reducer
8 90 SCH-40 Short Elbows
3 60 SCH-40 Short Elbows
3 22.5 DWV Short Elbows

Buy a bunch of 2' SCH-40 1.5" pipe from Lowe's and just take back what you don't use/cut

I used Rain-R-Shine pipe glue - any plumber will tell you this is the BEST/STRONGEST glue out there

1.5"? no problems with that? I thought 2" was the standard, go-to size.

The snorkel could likely be 1" ID on these machines and be just fine. Take a look at the restrictor inside the tube that attaches the air box to the throttle body. Rule of thumb is that as long as the snorkel is equal to or a larger diameter than the throttle body, you're safe. Think about it bud; it's a 567cc motor...no need for THAT much air! lol

Why did you cross those 2 snorkels. Shoulda swapped the center one to the left to keep it all uniform

I don't have a parts list as of yet but it would be 100 bucks or less. now that I did it it would be easy to do on this model. The biggest job at first is figuring out where to put all the hoses and pipes to be in the best position. I took the snorkel off for the winter as I put a back window on but it would only take a half hour or so to put it back on. If you want I can take pics of all the pieces and post over the weekend.

Lol high temp paint won't do a single beneficial thing. I had the header on my 420 wrapped with header wrap for 3 years and held up just fine

To me flex is garbage. Too much heat going on under there to trust it. Hard pipe all the way

Didn't quite get it finished due to a late start and a lot of tinkering to get the tops to line up like I wanted. Happy with the result so far though just one line left to tie in, and the vent lines to do. I need to seal the air box also.

I'm going to cut them to where the outsides are the same height and the middle is just a hair higher. Also didn't tie the other line in cause I need to pull the clutch box and seal behind it.
