That was one of the suggestions we made to them when we visited the R&D facility. They wrote it down in their notebook.

The new RZR has lots of zerks, I forget how many they said, but I think it was like 18 or something like that.

Hopefully they will be on the rangers in the future too.

They actually seemed receptive to putting them on in the future.
Now the fella at the dealer told me that the "new" bushings were the cat's meow compared to the zerks. Surely he didn't lie to me did he? LOL

It depends on the amount of water you run through. If you like the mud and such, the zerks are better because you can pump in grease which pushes out water.
Glad to hear they are at least thinking of putting the zerks back on.I sure hope they do.Red, the bushings are of the same stuff as my 99 was.....only difference is the shaft size is bigger on the 06.Bruce,even if you are not in the mud or water very often, you would be suprised how much grit accumulates inside the shaft and bushings.I have 15 years of atv-motorcycle-small engines -snowmobile repair behind me at my own shop.ive senn it all and still love the zerks although for those who dont know what a grease gun is its prolly better they dont have them. But then why would you buy a 6x6 like i did if you dont use it in harsh conditions?
Can they be drilled and put your own yerks on??????
