My 2018 Ranger loves these relays. Has anyone else had issues with them? So far I have replaced 6 out of the 7 relays. I have not had to replace any of the aftermarket ones I replaced them with. I carry 4 spares with me just in case.

There might be something going on with your Ranger. In the last six years (I see north of 100 Rangers/year) I've replaced two. And one was because the owner had a giant light bar powered by the accessory circuit and it melted the chassis relay.

I have monitored the voltage with an oscilloscope and tested the battery numerous times. I have external relays on all the accessories I have installed. I have never had a relay that I replaced fail. So i am not sure.

Curious if the coil or high current contacts are going on it. Are you aware of which portion of the relay gives up on you?
The failed relays have been intermittent for the most part. So I would make the assumption that it is the high current contacts. I did measure a failed one between terminals 1 & 2 and got 134 ohms.
