2013 XP900 makes popping noise when starting to move then quits. CV joints are tight. Drive shaft to front differential has slack in the splines on the front differential but U-joints are tight. It has a BA forward A-Arms with a 2 inch lift built in on front and back. What might be causing the popping? Thanks

Is it a popping or rattling?? The bolt that holds on the secondary clutch came out on my ranger and it made a rattling noise when starting to move but then went away. I would pull off your clutch cover just to be sure. This happened to several people here.

My 2015 makes a pretty good Snap noise when the clutch first engages and takes out all the slack in the drivetrain. I don't like it, but it's been that way since it was new. I've also go to park then come back up to reverse to keep reverse from grinding. Seems pretty common on these.
