I did some rock crawling in my crew a couple weekends ago, one of those deals where you get way down a trail and can't turn around.
I tore up some plastic on the bottom of the rockers and bent those cheesy 3/4" out rigger rails which bent back pretty easy. Most of it was easy to fix but then I noticed the front of my bed actually contacts the back of the ROP's support.
It might not rub, but it is really, really close.

I hadn't noticed that before, isn't there generally a nice gap between the rear seat support/ rops and the front of the bed or is it really close on the newer models?
Just hoping I didn't bend or tweak something else.

Post some pictures and we might be able to assist in determining the level of damage.

The 900 units a very close, but as stated above, post some pics, it will help us determine if you may have a problem.

Trying to upload pictures. The gap on the sides of the machine look pretty uniform, so I don't *think* there is an issue.
The gap between the front of the bed, that closes against the back of the cab is pretty tight. It doesn't feel like it's rubbing, just really close. Maybe it's the new dust control method?

Hard to tell looking at the pictures but here they are.

Good deal, Thanks. I guess I was just used to the large gap on the 500.
It honestly looks like they installed some plastic there with a lip to try and seal that gap some for dust control. I know the 500 use to puff lots of dust out there.

Thanks again.
